Export applications to CSV

You can download applications as a CSV file to share with a funder, archive an intake or work on a list in a spreadsheet.
Steps
- Go to Applications.
- Filter by status if you only need some applications, for example Shortlisted or Accepted.
- Choose Export CSV at the top right. The file downloads as applications_export_ followed by today's date.
Good to know
- The export respects the status filter you have applied.
- CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
- Exports can contain applicants' personal data. Share them only with people who need them, and delete local copies when you're done.
