Most programs juggle a form tool, a jury spreadsheet, a mentor calendar, a CRM and a report deck for funders. CohortOS keeps all of it on one record per startup, from cohort to cohort.

Shortlists you can defend in the boardroom.
Every juror scores against the same rubric. Names can stay hidden until the scores are in, and the shortlist ranks itself, with every score on record.
- Weighted rubrics with a max score per criterion
- Blind review queues with founder names hidden
- Accept, shortlist, waitlist or reject in one place
- Status emails to applicants on every decision

How is this different from forms and spreadsheets?
Forms collect answers and sheets hold them. CohortOS runs what happens next: screening, jury rounds, onboarding, mentoring and reporting all build on the same startup record, so nothing gets copied by hand.
Does it support several programs and selection rounds?
Yes. Run incubation, acceleration, bootcamp, fellowship or custom programs side by side, each with its own cohorts, capacity and dates. Review stages are configurable per program type, so you can run as many screening and jury rounds as your selection needs.
Can mentors and jurors use it without training?
Yes. Mentors share a public booking page and founders pick a slot without creating an account, with sessions synced to Google Calendar or Outlook. Jurors open a review queue, score each startup against the weighted criteria and record a decision. Email reminders keep both on schedule.
Can we produce reports for our funders?
Yes. The dashboard tracks acceptance rates, cohort performance, sector mix and application trends, while each startup profile holds KPIs such as MRR, burn and runway, plus funding rounds and milestones. Export applications and data to CSV whenever a funder asks.
Is our startups' data secure?
Every workspace is isolated with Postgres row-level security. Access runs on seven built-in roles plus custom roles with a permission grid, and people can protect their accounts with two-factor authentication or sign in with Google or GitHub. Blind review keeps founder names hidden from jurors when you need it.
