Turn on two-step login

Two-step login (two-factor authentication) asks for a six-digit code from an authenticator app as well as your password. Anyone with access to applicant or founder data should turn it on.

Steps

  1. Install an authenticator app on your phone if you don't already have one.
  2. In the admin app, go to Settings and open the Security tab.
  3. Under Two-Factor Authentication, choose Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, then enter the code it shows to confirm.
