New: mentor booking pages with Google Calendar and Outlook sync
Every mentor now gets a public booking page with their availability and meeting types, kept in sync with their calendar.

Booking a mentor should take a founder less time than writing the email asking for one. With this release, every mentor in CohortOS gets a public booking page that founders can use without an account.
What's new
- A public booking page for each mentor, at a profile URL the mentor chooses.
- Weekly hours plus date overrides, so a mentor can block a holiday or open extra time for one day.
- Meeting types with their own duration, location (video call, phone call or in person) and booking questions.
- Buffers between meetings, so back-to-back sessions don't run into each other.
- Reschedule and cancel links for both sides, and reminders before every session.
Calendar sync
Mentors can connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook from Integrations in the mentors app. CohortOS checks the connected calendar for conflicts before offering a slot, and adds confirmed bookings to it, so a mentor's booking page never offers time they have already given away.
Getting started
Mentors set their availability and meeting types in the mentors app, then share the profile URL with their founders or post it in the program's resources. Our help center has a step-by-step guide.
